determinante del cuerpo, e influye en <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">cada una de las c\u00e9lulas adem\u00e1s de estar directamente relacionada con el funcionamiento del cerebro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Seg\u00fan sea la calidad de nuestra respiraci\u00f3n, as\u00ed ser\u00e1 la calidad de nuestra <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">En yoga aprendemos a observar la respiraci\u00f3n del cuerpo, y t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n \u201cpranayamas\u201d que permiten sacar el m\u00e1ximo provecho a esta funci\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">vital, mejorando la captaci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno y la eliminaci\u00f3n del di\u00f3xido de carbono.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">De esta manera aumentamos toda nuestra energ\u00eda vital y capacidad pulmonar, y <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">habitamos el cuerpo de manera consciente con nuestra
