semanales\u00a0de\u00a0<strong class=\"\">yoga online.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Otra\u00a0manera de realizar tu pr\u00e1ctica con la comodidad de poder hacerla desde casa o en cualquier lugar en el que te encuentres.\u00a0<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Mantenemos un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s el mismo\u00a0horario de los anteriores cursos con una\u00a0<strong class=\"\">sesi\u00f3n semanal en directo\u00a0los mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong>\u00a0de 18:30 a 20:00, la cual te env\u00edo\u00a0grabada\u00a0para que la puedas hacer tantas veces como\u00a0quieras durante varias semanas.<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Como novedad este a\u00f1o te propongo\u00a0cada semana una sesi\u00f3n diferente:<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">&#8211; hatha yoga<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">&#8211; yoga de la vida<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">&#8211; yin yoga o yoga m\u00e1s suave<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">&#8211; respiraci\u00f3n consciente<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">&#8211; chakras<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Y una\u00a0<strong class=\"\">sesi\u00f3n en directo extra al mes<\/strong>\u00a0adem\u00e1s de la de cada mi\u00e9rcoles, de<strong class=\"\">\u00a0<\/strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.anahatayogaconsciente.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/15\/yoga-y-sonidos-conscientes\/\">respiraci\u00f3n y sonidos conscientes, (canto de las vocales)<\/a><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/anahatayogaconsciente.us11.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=58906f0fb9444766fcef61350&amp;id=87d257631f&amp;e=4dce163446\">.<\/a>\u00a0 Cada\u00a0mes ir\u00e1 variando el horario en: martes o jueves a las 17h y\u00a0en alguna ocasi\u00f3n s\u00e1bado o domingo a las 9h.<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Continuamos siempre con el\u00a0<strong class=\"\">yoga a la carta.\u00a0<\/strong>Para ello\u00a0puedes enviarme tus propuestas concretas a trav\u00e9s de email o\u00a0mensaje de WhatsApp o Telegram.<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Aportaci\u00f3n mensual a Anahata yoga online:\u00a030\u00a0euros a partir de octubre.<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\"><strong class=\"\">Todas las sesiones est\u00e1n dirigidas a practicar yoga\u00a0para\u00a0habitar
