Je pratique le yoga et le Gaiayoga depuis plus de 20 ans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La danse fait partie de ma vie depuis l\u2019enfance ; elle a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un moyen pour moi de m\u2019exprimer sans avoir besoin de mots, me permettant de partager et de communiquer ce qui habite au plus profond de mon \u00eatre. J&#8217;ai pratiqu\u00e9 la danse contemporaine, le jazz, le tap, le ballet, la danse du ventre et les danses latines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 25 ans, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert les danses indiennes et je suis tomb\u00e9e amoureuse de cet art si riche, expressif et empreint d\u2019une gr\u00e2ce divine. J&#8217;ai fait partie de la compagnie de danse AveShanti au Costa Rica pendant plus de dix ans, o\u00f9 je me suis form\u00e9e et ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs repr\u00e9sentations sur diff\u00e9rentes sc\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, je partage mon amour pour la danse en enseignant dans un centre d\u2019apprentissage libre, qui fait partie de la Fondation Internationale Gaiayoga, o\u00f9 je participe activement. Dans cet espace, la danse, parmi d\u2019autres outils, devient une voie pour vivre en conscience, o\u00f9 nous apprenons \u00e0 \u00e9couter notre corps, \u00e0 l\u2019habiter et \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter la vie d\u2019une mani\u00e8re nouvelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je consid\u00e8re la danse comme un outil puissant de transformation. Elle nous guide vers la vibration du c\u0153ur, un espace o\u00f9 tout est vu, dit et compris. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side la v\u00e9ritable transparence : l\u2019essence pure de l\u2019\u00eatre en mouvement.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eva Garrido<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le yoga est entr\u00e9 dans ma vie en 2006 et m&#8217;a ouvert \u00e0 un nouveau monde de possibilit\u00e9s, me permettant de d\u00e9couvrir le personnage bien install\u00e9 en moi, tout en me rappelant heureusement l&#8217;existence de l&#8217;\u00catre de Lumi\u00e8re que nous sommes.<\/p>\n<p>En 2010, apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 enseigner le yoga dans diff\u00e9rents endroits, j\u2019ai ouvert mon propre studio \u00e0 C\u00f3rdoba (Espagne) : Anahata, Centre de Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses ann\u00e9es de pratique approfondie du yoga, de m\u00e9ditation, \u00e0 donner et recevoir des cours, des formations, des retraites, des ateliers, des th\u00e9rapies, \u00e0 voyager en Inde, \u00e0 plonger dans ma pratique personnelle, et apr\u00e8s une longue qu\u00eate spirituelle ext\u00e9rieure, en 2017, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9construire une partie de tout ce que j\u2019avais appris et \u00e0 m&#8217;ouvrir au Nouveau. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre les r\u00eanes de ma vie avec un regard plus conscient et r\u00e9aliste, fond\u00e9 sur la simplicit\u00e9 de la respiration comme outil essentiel pour habiter mon corps, pour revenir au C\u0153ur, et en cessant d&#8217;agir seule, pour apprendre \u00e0 avancer pas \u00e0 pas dans l&#8217;Unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Quelque chose a chang\u00e9 en moi.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne per\u00e7ois plus mon \u00e2me comme une entit\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure. Maintenant, je sens que je suis l&#8217;\u00e2me qui habite ce corps.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est depuis cet espace que j\u2019ai choisi de vivre autrement, en revenant sans cesse au C\u0153ur. Et c&#8217;est ainsi que je pratique et partage ma fa\u00e7on d\u2019aborder le yoga : prendre soin du corps, l\u2019habiter, respirer et revenir au C\u0153ur.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis Espagnole et vis actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole de Vie Consciente au Qu\u00e9bec, \u00e0 Sainte-Monique de
